Early or late arrival conditions are confirmed by the administrator before check-in.

If the stay is cancelled less than two days before the planned departure date, the full cost of one night is retained.
Payment and documents
Clear order at check-in
The full stay is paid in cash at check-in according to the current price list. If plans change, the dates of the stay may be moved by mutual agreement with the administration.

Guest registration is completed using an identity document. Foreign citizens must provide a foreign passport, migration card and visa where required; all documents must be valid at the time of check-in.
The accommodation agreement is prepared in two copies, and the guest receives the second copy. Personal data is processed with the guest's consent in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.
Comfort and safety
Respect for rooms and shared spaces
Please keep rooms and shared spaces clean and treat the guest-house property with care. Any damage is reimbursed according to the current price list.
A violation of the room use and operation rules is subject to a penalty equal to the cost of one night for the room downtime required to correct the violation and restore its sanitary condition. Additional dry cleaning, when required, is charged separately under the current price list.
Fire safety rules must be observed throughout the property. The guest house bears no financial or legal responsibility for possible consequences of visits by third parties invited by a guest.
Please notify the administrator 15 minutes before departure so the room can be accepted. The administration is not responsible for forgotten or lost belongings.
No smoking
Requirements of Federal Law No. 15-FZ
Under Federal Law No. 15-FZ of 23 February 2013 “On protecting citizens' health from exposure to environmental tobacco smoke and the consequences of tobacco or nicotine-containing product consumption”, smoking in rooms is prohibited.
A violation is subject to a penalty equal to the full cost of one night because the occupied room must be taken out of service for deep cleaning.

Access may be temporarily limited during individual or private bookings.
Children under 14
Children under 14 may visit the thermal zone only with their parents. Parents remain fully responsible for the child’s life, health and actions throughout the visit.
Children under 3
Children under 3 must wear a special swim diaper.
Children under 5
Children under 5 may stay in the thermal zone until 19:00.
Before entering the pool
Take a shower with gel and wear swimwear and pool shoes before entering.
Pools and relaxation areas
Safety and comfort for every guest
- Do not enter the thermal zone while under the influence of alcohol.
- Do not bring glass or other breakable containers.
- Do not jump or dive into the pools.
- Do not splash in the saline pool.
Please keep the area clean, speak quietly and do not play loud music without prior approval from the aqua-complex administration.
