Payment and documents
Clear order at check-in
Payment terms are confirmed at booking and check-in. If a guest cancels or changes the stay, the current cancellation rules agreed with the administrator apply.
Guest registration is completed using an identity document. Foreign citizens must provide a foreign passport, migration card and visa where required; all documents must be valid at the time of check-in.
Comfort and safety
Respect for rooms and shared spaces
Guests are asked to keep rooms and shared spaces clean. Damage to property is charged according to the price list approved by the administration.
Smoking is prohibited in rooms and common areas. In case of violation, the administration may withhold the cost of one night due to room downtime and additional dry cleaning.
Please notify the administrator 15 minutes before departure so the room can be accepted. The administration is not responsible for forgotten or lost belongings.
